Dobby helps the trio escape Malfoy Manor from "summary" of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J. K. Rowling
The trio found themselves trapped in the dungeons of Malfoy Manor, captured by Bellatrix Lestrange and her Death Eater companions. Sadly, their freedom came at a high cost, as Bellatrix's knife found its mark, fatally injuring the brave house-elf. Despite Harry's efforts to save him, Dobby passed away in his arms, a hero in his own right.
