It is important to note that while genetics may influence our baseline level of happiness, it is not set in stone. We have the ability to make choices and engage in behaviors that can positively impact our happiness levels. For example, engaging in activities that bring us joy, cultivating strong relationships, and practicing gratitude and mindfulness can all contribute to a greater sense of well-being.- We can take a more holistic approach to enhancing our well-being.
