Surrender to the will of the universe from "summary" of Gitanjali by Rabindranath Tagore,William Radice

Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers, but to be fearless in facing them. Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain, but for the heart to conquer it. Let me not look for allies in life's battlefield but to my own strength. Let me not crave in anxious fear to be saved but hope for the patience to win my freedom. In the depths of my heart, I have heard the call of the universe, urging me to surrender my will and desires to its divine plan. It is a call to let go of my ego and embrace the greater wisdom that guides all of creation. It is a call to trust in the unfolding of life, knowing that everything happens for a reason and that there is a purpose to every experience. Through surrendering to the will of the universe, I find a sense of peace and acceptance that transcends my limited understanding. I am no longer bound by the constraints of my own desires and expectations, but instead, I am free to flow with the rhythms of the universe. In this state of surrender, I am able to see the beauty and interconnectedness of all things, and I am filled with a sense of gratitude for the mysteries of existence. As I release my need for control and embrace the unknown, I am able to tap into a deeper source of wisdom and guidance that comes from the universe itself. I am no longer separate from the world around me, but instead, I am one with all of creation. In this oneness, I find a profound sense of belonging and purpose that fills me with a deep sense of joy and contentment. Through surrendering to the will of the universe, I am able to let go of my fears and insecurities, knowing that I am held in the loving embrace of a greater power. I am able to trust in the unfolding of life, knowing that everything is happening exactly as it should. In this surrender, I find a sense of peace that surpasses all understanding, and I am able to rest in the knowledge that I am always supported and guided by the universe's infinite wisdom.
