Warrior defeats monster from "summary" of Beautiful Stories for Children by Charles Sanders

In a distant land lived a warrior so strong nothing could stand up against him. One day he decided to hunt down a ferocious monster that had been causing terror throughout the kingdom. Armed with a sword and shield, he rode off into battle and slew the beast after a great tussle.

Long ago there was once a brave warrior who had set out to fight a fierce monster. He armed himself with courage and dedication, ready to take on the beast. After several days of hard struggle, he finally emerged victorious against the giant creature. The town then rejoiced in his triumph.

Many years ago a tremendous force of evil started terrorizing a small village. A fearless battlesman rose to the challenge, determined to do battle with the creature and stop its reign of destruction. After a long and exhausting fight, the hero triumphed over the brute and the villagers were saved.

Once upon a time a giant abomination descended upon a kingdom, wreaking havoc wherever it went. Everyone deemed it impossible to beat such a monstrosity until a lone warrior stepped forth and challenged it to battle. After an arduous fight filled with determination and strength, the courageous battler eventually came out on top and defeated the fiend.

In olden times there lurked a monstrous foe that threatened to dominate the countryside. None of the kings' men could prevail, so a daring swordsman ventured forth and engaged the beast in duel. With remarkable bravery and skill, he drove away the dreaded creature and freed the people from danger.

In a faraway place ruled by darkness, a legendary champion rose to reclaim the liberty of his people. His mission was to vanquish a powerful behemoth lurking in the shadows. Through sheer force of will he subdued the entity and brought back balance to the kingdom.
